Inaugural Academic Committee Twilight Seminar announced

The BFSLA Academic Committee announced today their inaugural Twilight Seminar – to be held in Sydney on Thursday 27th November.  The evening is hosted by the BFSLA and Norton Rose Fulbright.

The topic is:  Revisiting Chapter 11 Bankruptcy: Prospects for adoption in Australia and the presentation will be made by Jason Harris,BA LLB (UWS), LLM(ANU) – Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Law, University of Technology, Sydney.  Commentary will be provided by Associate Professor David Brown, Acting Dean of Adelaide Law School and the event will be chaired by Professor John Stumbles, Sydney Law School.
