BFSLA Academic Committee presents a Twilight Seminar
The BFSLA is pleased to announce a Twilight Seminar to be held in Melbourne on Tuesday 1 September.
The topic “Financial services regulation and financial product disclosure in Australia: Is it effective? What could we do better? The presenters areAndrew Godwin, Senior Lecturer, University of Melbourne and Gill North, Associate Professor at Monash University.
The Commentator is Ian Ramsay, Harold Ford Professor of Commercial Law, University of Melbourne and the evening will be chaired by Dr Ann Wardrop, Deputy Chair BFSLA Academic Committee, Director of Programs, La TrobeLaw School.
