BFSLA 2016 Research Prize
Congratulations to Rosie Thomas who is the recipient of the 2016 Research Prize for her essay “Regulating financial product design in Australia: an analysis of the UK approach”.
The judging panel also highly commended Max Allan for his essay “Collateral undamaged: Conforming financial collateral laws in a global marketplace” and Jessica Hudson for her essay “Who is equity’s darling? Recipient trustees as bona fide purchasers”.
