Recent developments in insolvency law

This Twilight Seminar will consider current issues in insolvency law including the upcoming Insolvency Law Reform Act 2016 (Cth) (due to commence in 2017) and the National Innovation and Science Agenda reforms (ipso facto clauses and safe harbour for directors). The seminar will also consider recent developments in receivership concerning the priority payment of employee entitlements and the use of the Fair Entitlements Guarantee regime. This seminar is being run by the BFSLA Academic Committee members.
