Congratulations to Nicola Howell who has been awarded the 2018 BFSLA Research Prize for her essay entitled “Shutting the courts out: Developing consumer credit law when privatised dispute resolution dominates the landscape”.
The assessment committee also highly commended Joseph Aldahr for his paper “Arrangers beware, you owe a duty of care. The Golden Belt Sukuk: an analysis for Australian Debt Capital Markets”.
