BFSLA Academic Committee Twilight Seminar: Tuesday 19 April, 2016

The BFSLA is delighted to invite you to attend a Twilight Seminar to be held in the WG Building (aka Sir Paul Reeves Building) located at 55 Wellesley Street, Auckland on the 19th of April at 4.30pm, for a 5pm start. The topic to be presented is:

Due Diligence under the FMCA:
Lloyd Kavanagh, Partner, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts will present based on his recent article “Delegating Directors’ Duty to Review Disclosure Materials: Due Diligence for Continuously Offered Financial Products under the Financial Markets Conduct Act” 21 NZBLQ 163 followed by commentary from the following panel:

  2. Garth Stanish, Director of Primary Markets, Financial Markets Authority
  3. Elaine Campbell, General Legal Counsel, AMP
