Congratulations to Mitchell Cleaver on winning the 2017 research prize, for his paper “Equitable subrogation in Australia and England”!
Congratulations also to Paulina Fishman for her paper “Voluntary arrangements and the “clean slate” mess”, and to Ben Saunders for his paper “Causation and reliance in securities and financial product disclosure cases: an analysis and critique”. Both papers were Highly Commended by the assessment panel.
We expect that all three papers will be published in due course in the Journal of Banking and Finance Law and Practice.
